Fuji Apples- Nature's Superstar


Apples are loaded with phytochemicals. Apples with red skin contain the highest level of phytochemicals, (Fuji apples have the most), anthocyanins and anthocyanidins. These pigments increase digestive strength which can aid in weight loss.
