Drink plenty of water

Get enough protein 43-46 grams for women

Wear sunscreen

Apply topical retinol

Exercise daily- cardio and resistance


Supplement:

Vitamin C (400+ mg)

Vitamin D (at least 1000 IU day)

Calcium (1000 mg prior to and 1500 mg after menopause) spread out throughout the day. Our bodies can’t absorb more than 500 mg at a time. Also needs D to absorb.

Biotin (1000 mcg day)
