Wear sunscreen

Exercise daily- cardio and resistance

Vitamin C (400+ mg)
Vitamin D (at least 1000 IU day)
Calcium (1000 mg prior to and 1500 mg after menopause) spread out throughout the day. Our bodies can’t absorb more than 500 mg at a time. Also needs D to absorb.
